We can provide intelligent or verbatim transcripts. Intelligent transcripts are cleaned up to be easier to read and are sufficient in most cases. All important content remains, but unnecessary words such as hesitations and repetitions are removed.

Verbatim transcripts capture every word spoken, including hesitations, filler phrases, false starts, and repetitions. We can also record non-verbal sounds and pauses. Verbatim transcripts take longer to transcribe, so there is a surcharge for this service.

We can add time codes to your transcripts that allow you to quickly locate speech within the audio file. Time codes can be added at specific intervals or at every change of speaker. There is a surcharge for this service.

We will do our best to accommodate your requirements on turnaround. If you need something returned urgently, we offer a Priority (same/next day) and Express (2-3 days) service subject to current workload.

Confidentiality and security assured
