  2. We understand that through the course of our work we will be in possession of confidential material and information in various formats including text, audio and video. We recognise that this information may be of substantial value to a Client and will ensure it is not discussed or shared in any form or format with any third party without a Client’s consent.
  3. We will hold in strictest confidence the identity of any individual that may be revealed during the process of our work or in any associated material.
  4. We offer secure online transfer of files via Dropbox and use AxCrypt encryption software to store local files securely when they are not in use. We are also happy to use in-house security systems or protocols if requested.
  5. We will return all material in any form or format to a Client when we have completed our work. As standard, completed work will be delivered as an unencrypted email attachment, unless otherwise requested.
  6. Once full payment is received, any content we have created will be the copyright of the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
  7. Unless specifically requested otherwise, we will securely erase or destroy all material in any form or format regarding our work that is not physically returnable to a Client within 90 days of completion of our work.
  8. Upon request, we can provide a Client with a signed confidentiality agreement (wording to be agreed) before commencing work. We are also happy to sign an in-house non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement if requested.
