Additional charges:
- Time-coded transcripts - from +10p per audio minute depending on the level of detail required.
- Strict verbatim transcripts - from +30p per audio minute (Express: +60p/min; Priority: +90p/min).
- Rates are based on clear audio. Excessive background noise, specialist terminology, and/or strong accents may incur an extra charge from +30p per audio minute (Express: +60p/min; Priority: +90p/min). We will advise you as soon as possible if additional charges are necessary.
Terms:
- Rates effective from January 2023 and reviewed annually.
- Prices are subject to VAT.
- Audio length will be rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Short one-off audio files may incur a minimum charge of £30.
- Intelligent verbatim transcripts will be produced by default unless otherwise requested.
- Priority and Express rates will be charged on the basis of when the job must be started in order to realistically return it by the required deadline, e.g. a job that needs to be returned in four days but takes four days to complete would be charged at the Priority rate.
- The availability of our Priority and Express services are dependent on current workload.
- Turnaround times do not include evenings, weekends or public holidays but this may be arranged on request and will be charged at the Priority rate.
